At our Annual General Meeting last weekend, we celebrated the achievements of our members by awarding the President’s Cup and Member’s Member.
Edie was awarded the Members’ Member Cup. Our senior company members nominate one of their peers who has helped or supported them the most during the past 12 months. The most votes wins! Edie is a worthy winner, she is always on hand to assist other members of the company and also helps with junior rehearsals.
This year the President’s Cup was awarded to our Members Committee. They act as the liaison between the Executive Committee and our company, often ensuring the right people are at the right rehearsals at the right time! The Members Committee look after our Instagram and Tik Tok accounts, create posters advertising our fundraising events and ensure all members are looked after and appreciated during show weeks.
We also celebrated Annie’s 10 show award. Annie has in Centre Stage for several years, you may have seen her as Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz and Wednesday in The Addams Family. Her 10th show was Elf The Musical and we look forward to seeing Annie again this April in Shrek.
